For the ones who can still use dos games, I uploaded the first demo of Gods here. Be advised, on the other hand, that I won`t support it.

BTW, my old page about it is still online. You can look at it there: The Gods of Destiny

OMG, I just had a flashback of a game that looked like this i played years ago! Was it this? It had running bears in the first dungeon which was like crystal... was this it?

Btw, really nice concept art from Wulfmune. I like watercolors a lot. To bad she left the project... ;_;

Btw, by the filenames in the game and what grue told me, I learned you are from Quebec. Me too. De quelle partie es-tu?

Is there any way to play v1 DOS games on Windows XP? I'd really like to try out some of these old games that I've heard about. Not to mention this one!

It's almost always possible to just drop the winVERGE exectuable into a DOS V1 game and play it normally. Oddly enough, verge-rpg doesn't seem to have it available for download by itself. You can, however, get it here from verge-net (I'd give an actual page, but the download scripts haven't been updated for the new domain name yet.) Alternatively, you can go here and download any of those fine games which should come with the winVERGE executable. (I recommend Blimpo Warrior myself.)

Unfortunately, winVERGE doesn't support everything, and the old Gods of Destiny is one that seems to break. (I think it's the FMV that does it, but I'm not sure.) You might try a DOS Emulator such as DOSBox. Remember that V1 was never very stable to start with, though.

Ben McGraw's lovingly crafted this website from scratch for years.
It's a lot prettier this go around because of Jon Wofford.
