Well, I'm sure by now that most of you have noticed that Verge-Net(.com) is down. Well, I tried to renew verge-net.com wednesday using a prepaid debit card (with $35 on it) only to discover that Network Solutions requires a minimum balance (on the card) of $50 in order to use such a card (even though their price on domains is only $34.99/yr). Well, I wrangled with the bank, Network Solutions, and another registar (monicker.com) for half the day trying to figure out how to get verge-net.com renewed with no results, so I decided not to renew it. Instead, I grabbed a new domain through monicker.com - verge-net.info. I got a steal on the name and won't have to renew again for a few years, so hopefully I won't run into this problem again in the near future. The new domain is already up and running (thank you, loretian), so you can get to verge-net using it. Look for good (read: new) things coming there soon.

Ben McGraw's lovingly crafted this website from scratch for years.
It's a lot prettier this go around because of Jon Wofford.
