Why does my Firewall say Verge.exe is trying to access the internet?

Damn, we're found out.
Okay, the truth of the matter is that vecna's secretly been making an intelligent network of AI's designed to enslave the world.
Sorry about that.

What firewall software do you have?
verge shouldn't be doing anything with the internet until you either request to make a connection or request to receive a connection. Being that I havent finalized the netcode or released the API specs, I doubt if you're doing either of those, and if you were, I doubt you'd wonder why it was trying to access the internet. ^_^

Er...well, I use Sygate Personal Firewall, and upon calling Verge.exe from Textpad tools today, it said that Textpad was hijacking verge.exe to access the internet. Is this a Textpad thing? No clue.

Vecna, I don't think it's nice of you to continue this lie.
VERGE 3 actually stands for Vecna's Extremely Rageful Genocide Engine (mark 3).
But don't worry, VERGErs will be the last against the wall when the Day of Culling comes. Out of thanks for making VERGEdev's dream of an earth without humans possible.
Sp, don't say we're not nice guys.
