Hello all, I have been fiddling with making some interesting tilesets, and am attempting to run an interesting test.

I have an image that is relatively large (1456x688) and wanted to load it up as a map quickly.

I don't see any info in the manual to do this quickly. I know that Maped will load the image horizontally, so if I had time I could click on each tile one by one and fill in the map, but I thought there may be an easier way...

So, is there a way to load an image into Maped so that it loads each tile directly into the map so I can get a direct image-to-map translation?

I tried searching the forums but if I tried anything with decent search terms I appear to get search errors...

Thanks!

You can use psdmap for making a map from a multi layered image. Hope it works... This reminds me something, now to ge to work :3

Overkill

You can import images added to your tileset as a new layer on the map with the recent Maped3 builds.

Thanks to all!

The psdmap worked, and I will also check out the native feature of maped too.
