Well, the 48HoV was a success. No less than 11 teams signed up for the competition, including 25 contestants.
However, only 5 entries were submitted. One team (grue/falth/aen/zathras) couldn't submit due to connection problems, and the rest are presumed to have dropped out. Choris is apparently still going to allow them to turn their entry in late without penalty, but if you want to see the non-final-result results, the ranking and specific score breakdown of each entry can be found

Congrats to the (current) winners, and hats off to all who entered.
And on a related note, the Verge Source is down once again, this time for the rest of the month, due to misuse and bandwidth hogging from Firemoth. I am told that he is to be lynched on sight. A few demos (AHEM) couldn't be completed for the contest, as certain resources from certain sites couldn't be downloaded.
