Just a heads up for everyone waiting on V3. You can take an extra step now to be ready for the release. If you want to use the development tools (MapEd, TileEd, PackEd) you're going to need to have the .NET Framework 1.1 Installed.

You can get it from Windows Update, or download an installer from here. It weighs in at around 23M, so I suggest getting it now. That way when V3 is released, you're all ready to rock.
