Wow... there are quite a few long-winded posts! I'll try to keep mine a little shorter for the sanity of all those concerned. ;)
I would certainly like to thank the judges: Grue, Miko, and Hahn; for taking time out of their busy schedules to judge this compo. You guys are awesome! I would also like to thank everyone who participated. It was an honor to compete against you, and I really enjoyed playing all of your entries.
Grue: Yes, I believe I shall continue working on my demo. I will probably add the elements that were missing in the HoV entry, (ie. Battle System, items, etc) I'll also add *much* more content. Those maps you mentioned sound interesting indeed. It would be awesome if you would send them to me at: athocreft AT yahoo DOT com. I am, of course, uncertain of whether I would be able to use them or not. Hopefully, I can resume "work" on this project when I have time. I'm a little busy in rl right now, but I hope I can begin verge-ing again sometime very soon!
I'm glad you all enjoyed my masterpeice. I was surprised that miko found out that the music was vanilla ice, as I was expecting everyone to press enter before the trademark tune of the song kicked in. That being said, this proves that miko stared at the text/half finished map of the "game" for at least 10-15 seconds. In the words of Grue, "[Miko] fail[s] life."
Btw, I didn't know about the compo till around friday, so I technically only had a couple of days. I still fail life.

Ben McGraw's lovingly crafted this website from scratch for years.
It's a lot prettier this go around because of Jon Wofford.
