Our resident british wunderkind, Zip, has provided the community with an extremely useful addition to the documentation section: [The Code Vault].

This document is a collection of useful softcoded vc functions for you to copy into your own project's system vc files so that you may have added functionality at low, low costs (free). Presently there are functions to cover holes in vc's string handling and file handling, as well as general specialized string formatters and CRC32 hashing functions!

Please, peruse, share, and enjoy. I've set up a discussion in the help forum for questions and contributions to the document. Or you could post the same here... but this news post will fade with time, whereas the help forum discussion can be stickied if used.

One final note: the documentation section is open for all to use to create their own documents. Please, feel free to take advantage of this site functionality! If you have any questions about it, as always, email me.

I really like the idea, but it seems more like the place for small functions rather than complete libraries, which I was really looking forward to...

With full libraries, you upload them zipped to the file repo and make your own docs!

Right, right, forgive my absent-mindedness here...

All code bits welcome, though I may be fascist about naming conventions etc. Also, if people find bugs in anything I've doccued, please do say. :)
This is, by and large, a place for the odd function, rather than extensive libs. But should help fill some of the gaps in verge, or help do something you can't be bothered to code yourself.

Ben McGraw's lovingly crafted this website from scratch for years.
It's a lot prettier this go around because of Jon Wofford.
