It's happening... again.

That's right, it's time for the (approximately) fourth annual VergeCon. On the weekend of Oct. 18th, there will be a gathering of vergers in Minneapolis, Minnesota. In the past, these events have been somewhat private, but this year everyone is invited!

Basically, here's the deal. If you wanna come hang out and have some fun with your fellow geek vergers, meet Hahn and other legendary figures in the community, then you should come! There is no specific date, you can arrive and leave whenever you want. Most of the fun will occur around the weekend of Oct. 18th, though. You'll have to find your own housing, but I'll supply a lot of booze. So, if you live in the Mpls area or feel like traveling that weekend, you should e-mail me! so I know you're coming and can coordinate everything with everybody and provide directions, and whatever else you need.

Update: It was suggested that we setup a webcam and chat thingie, so those who can't travel to MN can still join in on the fun. I will definitely try to make sure this happens. I will also try to make sure at least two members of each sex flash the webcam at least once each, but no promises. As if the sight of drunken geeks wouldn't be enticing enough.
