If I try and set a link in my sig with diverdown.grenideer.com, it parses out the id and links to diverdown.greneer.com. I thought that was fixed cause I read something about it.

Hey you know, the same thing happened to me when putting down "sliders-vortex.gif". It changed to "slers-vortex.gif".
