...er, I don't know enough bands to really comment here. Queen has nice songs, though.

Man, I listen to a lot of different music. @_@ There's more, I'm sure, but they were organized into other folders back when I did such things. And uh..the Hillary Duff/Mandy Moore/Christina Aguilara are my sisters. Honest. ¬_¬

 Grue! Beatallica? :D

Yes. I am a lover of all things musical. :D

But technically it changes from time to time. If I had to choose who stood out the most, it'd probably be the Beatles, Metallica, Nirvana (because they're why I started playing guitar all those years ago...) and Uematsu because he's who got me into composing. Goo Goo Dolls too...

 I dunno. It's hard for me to pick 'favourites' because I love it all. ;_;

To varying degrees. Also, these are just my bands folder. My remixes, game music, and orchestral mp3s are each similarly sized.

Also, my Zathras collection is massive by it's own self.

 | I don't have lovely by-band organized music so I can't do what Rysen and McGrue did... so I'll just look through the directory and list some manually:
 A Perfect Circle
 Aphex Twin
 Beatles
 Black Mages
 Blackmore's Night
 Blind Guardian
 David Bowie
 Depeche Mode
 Down and Above
 Dune
 Eels
 Evanescence
 Finger Eleven
 Foo Fighters
 Goo Goo Dolls
 Guster
 Happy Hardcore
 Hoobastank
 Jim's Big Ego
 Lou Reed
 Moby
 Nightwish
 Nirvana
 Nobuo Uematsu
 Oingo Boingo
 Orgy
 Piebald
 Pizzicato Five
 Porcupine Tree
 Prodigy
Queen (really, mostly just Bohemian Rhapsody)
 Radiohead
 Rob Zombie
 Sentenced
 Shonen Knife
 Slowcoaster
 Smashing Pumpkins
 Smile.dk
 Stabbing Westward
 Tenacious D
 The Delgados
 They Might Be Giants
 U2
 Weezer
 X Japan

This list isn't quite exhaustive of all the mp3s I have on here, and some of those listed I only have a song or two. I'm also a fan of classical (particularly Vivaldi, Beethoven, and Mozart), generic, loud techno (at times), video game/anime music, and a number of individual composers that I know personally (Erdrick, Troupe, and Rysen to name a few :D). Also, this is mostly just the stuff I've got on my hard drive at the moment; I have three CDs worth of mp3s lying around here somewhere that I didn't check through.

 | Oh... go on then. Rather than listing all my music... which would take some time, I'll do a selection.
Listened to for a long time (and have 4+ cds):
The Bluetones, The Cardigans, Faithless, Heather Nova, Massive Attack, Mojave 3, oh, and Death in Vegas when this cd arrives in the post...

 Currently on mp3 loop:
 Shoujo Kakumei Utena osts, Madrugada

Old thingies I've been listening to recently:
 Howlin' Wolf, Johnny Cash, Iggy

I'm just like all the rest of you because I like:
 A Perfect Circle. They're fun.

Random picks (the cds lying on my desk atm):
At the Drive In, Broadcast, ...Mojave 3 again

 Seen most often live:
British Sea Power - local lot to me, track 'em down merkins.

 Woot.
