Yes, interesting. So, I hope the battle system encounter rate isn't as much as the occurance of 'shing.wav' in the V1 version; that is, if there is a battle system. Also, by 'soon soon', do you mean by the end of September? Either way, I look forward to it.

Hahahaha no.
To confuse people, Grue has decided to make two complete Sullies. This is neither. The first will come out about a year from now. The second will never come out.

This is not The Sully Chronicles: Complete. That system is a much more complex one, although a lot of the work done on this version will be a useful base for that version.
No, this is The Sully Chronicles: Simple and Clean's first release. Simpletype for short. It is a more elegant weapon from a simpler time. Simply put, you'll find the API and datafiles very, very familiar (with some sane modifications/additions).
