In the future there will be a series of basic libraries so you can create a game just using the development tools and some basic scripting, however at the moment some programming is required.

Verge uses a C-like scripting language called VergeC, or vc. It is required that users know a limited amount of programming in this style, but fear not - many developers have learned how to program with Verge.
